What is there to hate about abalone? Love it in soup noodles, add-on with vegs,eaten w rice, braised n d list goes on..a luxury food usually enjoyed once in awhile.

1 xan contain 1 big whole and almost half abalone . The colour looks great and texture is great, is not too soft, it is firm and a little chewy which is nice. It has fragrance taste. The broth is perfect to use as soup base. Highly recommended!
