Ayam Tuna Chunks in Water

Love love this tuna so much. Best for days I’m lazy to cook anything heavy

The tuna tastes fresh and mild, without a strong fishy aftertaste, especially compared with some other water‑packed tunas. Because it’s packed in water (just tuna, water, and salt), it’s low in fat and calories but high in protein — making it ideal for salads, wraps, or quick meals.

I usually get tuna in oil but this caught my attention and I carried on to read what are the ingredients. Rather relieved that there are three main ingredients, tuna being first and salt being the least. I use it for toast and also for a quick dinner. I give it a quick.steam since it's water based. The oil is from the tuna itself so all is good. But if you find the smell a little overwhelming you can add some herbs, which is what I did. I sprinkled Dried rosemary over..and perfect!

might be a bit salty but a really convenient and healthy food item that's high in protein! perfect for anyone in a rush but still wants to eat healthy :)
