Sweet and sour. Fruits in the jam is still left with a bite. Fantastic on bread, saltines, cookies, pancakes, ice creams, scones, cakes, fillers for instant pastries, with meatballs and even turkey meat. This 1 jar an easily be done in 5 days at home.
