As the product name mentioned, it is ez jerky. Convenient to eat and does not dirty the hand like how we eat our Bak Kwa. Air tight and individually packed. However, it is a little tougher than their bak kwa, closer to the angmoh jerky style. Taste wise it is still very flavorful.

Hm. I do not like the packaged version that much. Its harder and not as tasty. But for convenience sake, i would say its alright.
