Very strong heating. Only need a shorter. Time compared to my previous airfryers and electric ovens. I had pull out airfryers and oven type airfryers before. The heat distribution and power of this is better.

Dual drawers mean I can cook two things at once, and everything comes out crispy without the oil guilt. Even better, its 2 things at once per drawer, I've managed to airfry and bake 4 servings when I use the divider. It’s fast, convenient, and perfect for lazy gourmet moments. If you love good food with minimal effort, this one’s a keeper. The only downside, the machine is tall, so you will need to find a place to put it, maybe a separate table because of the heat. I like the small footprint. I was able to use a small side table for this machine and it works as the perfect setup for now. 6 different code modes + being able to match or sync the timing and temperature is the ultimate winner. Thanks Ninja for making it so easy for me to cook at home!

The DoubleStack XL Air Fryer is really compact so fitter nicely on my countertop. The air fryer was easy to program - just select the zone (drawer), the setting you want, adjust the time and temperature and press start! I tried stacking two dishes in one drawer and both items were perfectly fried, crisp and browned with just a bit of oil and tossing/flipping with tongs for even cooking. I also used both drawers together with the second drawer air frying mushrooms, and selected the 'sync' option so everything finished cooking at the same time. I also wanted to test the 'Match' option with reheating leftover pizza on both drawers. It was convenient to reheat, just selected the reheat mode on one drawer and pressed 'Match' to copy these settings on the second drawer. The reheating function gave a crispy, toasted crust and the pizza toppings were tender and not dried out, unlike reheating it in a toaster oven. Just be careful when cooking certain food items with naturally higher water content (e.g. mushrooms). Since the Air Fryer cooks everything really well without your food drying out, there were juices left behind which almost leaked through the drawer vents. Cleaning up was simple. I washed both drawers, crisper plates and metal racks fully, and wiped the main unit clean once it cooled completely. Overall, an impressive air fryer that is surprisingly simple to use, versatile, easy to clean and cooks really well.

I have tried total 3 menus now. 1. Crispy tofu : as crispy as deep fried but healthier one 2. Crispy Laab or so call “crispy pork minced Thai style salad” : this can be done in just 10 min. Crispy outside while inside cooked and still juicy. 3. Crispy pork belly; because my husband doesn’t take pork belly as he says that is fat and cause of his tummy therefore I put in inside this air fryer both up and lower stack and within 20 minutes, it’s so crunchy. Just one con for this air fryer that it can’t grill the whole chicken but if you would like to cook multiple menus, this air fryer nail it!!!!
