SharkNinja CREAMi™ Ice Cream Maker

Was initially intimidated by the Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker, but after watching a few online videos, I realized it was quite easy to assemble and use. The process of making ice cream seemed straightforward once I got the hang of it. For my first attempt, I decided to make vanilla ice cream. It's important to follow the instructions closely, especially with the 24-hour freezing time — we cut it short and learned that it really makes a difference! Once properly frozen, the ice cream took just a few minutes to spin and re-spin. The texture came out just like real ice cream, which was impressive! However, the flavor turned out a bit too sweet for my taste, so next time, will need to adjust the sugar level.. As someone who has never used an ice cream maker before, am looking forward to experimenting more with different flavors!

The machine is great! Made watermelon sorbet from the recipe provided and it turned out great! My son finished 3 batches of it and I only tried once. Cant wait to try other recipes

I have the Deluxe CREAMi (not available in SG yet), this machine - Original CREAMi and another brand (does not require 24 hours preparation in advance). Between the 2 Ninja CREAMi, other than the differences in functions (Deluxe has more functions), the original has a smaller capacity which is very useful for smaller families and people who want to make low calorie recipes for 1-2 person. The sound of the Original while spinning is however, a little louder and higher pitched than Deluxe. Texture of end-product wise (for ice cream, ice cream lite, gelato, milkshake and sorbet) taste similar for all 3 machines. Functions wise, Deluxe lacked the Smoothie bowl, but has the Slushi, Creamiccino, Frozen Yogurt, Frozen Drink and Italian Ice, which are almost never used in my household. CREAMi needed 24 hours preparation in advance to freeze the base. But takes only 2-5 mins to be made. Cleaning up if easy too. The other brand machine does not require in advance preparation, but churning takes about 20-30 mins. On the whole, if you are looking for healthier homemade ice cream alternatives, this is a good machine to own. I would give it a 5 stars if not for sound.

Simply love this ice cream maker for me to indulge in my ice cream in a healthy manner. Easy to use and set up , with lots of variety to try out.
