Family was just out and about Chinatown and happened to pass by the outlet there, the staff was very friendly, gave us good descriptions and details so we end up getting home some slices. And boy it was great. The slices were rather even and the texture is just right. Only is its oily but we rather have it like this. Its better to consume within a few days once open, to ensure the freshness. My preference is to also fill up a few smaller containers air tight, and I would consume them in a short time.
