Illy es l amarca de café que utilizan en mi cafetería habitual y es una maravilla. Se puede notar la calidad de los granos de café molidos en su aroma, intenso y fresco. También en el sabor; potente, con ese punto oleoso de los buenos cafés y sin amargar. Y también la espuma que sale, justa y densa. Es un café perfecto para tomarlo solo, tipo espresso o como espresso macchiato.
