My nails are very brittle and always breaks. Tried this product and it helps to prevent breakage. My nails still chip at the corners but not as much as before. It isnt suitable as a base coat. I tried using as a base coat and my polish went all haywire. Can only use it on its own. It gets gooey after a few applications although I tightened the cap.

A friend recommended this to me, after seeing that my nails chipped easily. My nails aren't the healthiest, and a flake would just chip off, leaving my nails feeling paper thin. Thus I never really dared to let my nails grow too long. I've used this product religiously over the past year, and I can say that my nails don't chip easily anymore. Moreover, because I apply two layers of the strengthener, it leaves a pink tint. On average, the strengthener can last up to a week and a half, which was great because I didn't need to worry about how it looked. So long as it does it's job, and it does!

I like to use this on its own. It gives my nails a pretty pink tint. It helps to strengthen and protect my brittle nails from breaking. It is long-lasting and does not chip off until 1 to 2 weeks later.
