I used to take this as a kid and now I give this to my kids. Really helps with their immunity especially with all the viruses in schools. Even if they fall sick, they recover quickly and it doesn’t get as bad as it used to. Taste is abit fishy to me but kids love it!

It’s really good for kids boost brain health and the taste is bit not likely but healthy .. smell also just close ur nose n drink coz it’s fish smell .. but healthy things are not always tasty or smell nice right ..
