It's no longer dull. I use it twice a day. It smells devine. And glides on the skin smoothly. Id well recommend this to anyone. I will be buying it again. The packaging is basic but adequate. And explains how to use and ingredients. Comes in a pretty box. Maybe pricy. But worth it
