Hi, I got a trial package and it lasted for more than 2 months. I can see that the acne and marks are visibly reduced. Also, it’s good on sensitive skin. No strong smell and gets easily absorbed into skin. I also used it on my hands where I had some redness and blemishes. The skin look so much improved now and the blemishes are gone. Thanks so much and will continue to review.

im usually very sensitive to creams on my face, but la roche posay never fails me. although i cant see significant improvement, my skin did not react which is a feat in itself so i recommend for people with acne prone sensitive skin like me !

i've tried the original effaclar duo, didn't notice much of a difference with this product. definitely suitable for sensitive skin, didn't breakout too much. didn't notice significant improvements in blemishes of blackheads like they claimed. i've personally tried more effective salicylic acid products. ymmv, i may not have tested it long enough to see lightening of marks

I paid for this La Roche Posay Effaclar duo+m acne solution as i was experiencing some sporadic pimples. Not sure about the blackheads efficacy but definitely helps with correcting blemishes and post-acne marks as it contains salicylic acid and niacinamide.
