Neutrogena is one of my favorite skin care brands. I was convinced to buy this water gel because it is highly recommended not only by Asian but also by US dermatologists. I got this 15g tube and also bought the 50g refill tube. I find the smell or scent too strong for me and I don't know for some reason it stings on my face. It dries quickly and is not sticky though

Been using NEU HB Water gel since Dec and they barely seen my face looks dry since then. It's light when you apply on your face so you don't have to worry that you might feel sticky especially if you put on your make-up

Best Moisturizer if the weather is fluctuating. The constant change of weather and everyday stress could make our skin dull. But this ultra hydrating moisturizer could keep it full of life. noticed that my skin is bouncy and I experienced less breakout. Very lightweight din and mabilis ma absorb ng skin. As a makeup base this will make your foundation look smooth and more long lasting. You could also save up sa packaging since the new one is a refill type

I bought this product a while back when it was on sale because it is a bit pricey, but I tell you! It is worth the price! You feel very hydrated without the sticky feels. Will buy again if I have the extra budget.
