Neutrogena Alcohol-Free Toner

I tried the Neutrogena Alcohol Free Toner when I had bad breakouts and I knew I needed a milder toner that will not irritate my skin further. I'd say it did its job very mild. I liked that the scent wasn't that strong. Not sure if it helped me with my breakouts but definitely better than the brand I used before. Price wise it was ok I nought if at around 250 pesosfor 150ml a little cheaper than Thayers which I think is comparable when it comes to the effect

i would highly recommend this alcohol free toner is good for sensitive skin and it moisturize the skin instantly. it gives a clean and fresh feeling after used.

It does not sting. It is very mild. A sensitive skin friendly toner. ☺️

Back in my early 20's this was what my mother recommended me to use and was using it for around 5 years (21-26). It is very mild as if your just washing your face with water, it has a baby like scent. Although it doesn't give you that squeaky clean finish , (it leaves your skin a bit of sticky feeling) it surely does remove unwanted dirt without leaving harmful ingredients on your face and now my eldest daughter is using it (15 years old) without any worries.
