Works perfect with smaller breakouts but does not work on deeper acne

Overall, ny experience was decent. While it hasnt been effective in treating more stubborn inverted acne, it works fairly well on smaller pimples. Noticed quicker healing for smaller breakouts. If you’re looking got a solution for mild breakouts, this could be a good option, but not more severe issues

Effective for Normal Acne, But Falls Short for Hormonal Breakouts

While the solution worked okay on normal acne, it sadly didn’t live up to the impressive claims advertised. I found it had little to no effect on hormonal acne and dark spots caused by cystic/hormonal acne. For me, this was a significant drawback since those are the types of blemishes I struggle with the most. The product is advertised as a clear patch that you need to let dry before applying makeup. However, it took quite a while to dry, which could be attributed to the warm weather we're currently experiencing. This delayed drying time made it inconvenient, especially during my morning routine. Effectiveness On Normal Acne: Worked moderately well, helping to reduce the size and redness of typical breakouts. On Dark Spots: Did not significantly lighten dark spots from past cystic/hormonal acne. On Hormonal Acne: Had minimal effect, which was disappointing. Final Thoughts Considering its performance, I feel the product is overpriced. I would still prefer using regular acne patches over this solution due to their efficiency and quicker drying time. In summary, Kiehl's Truly Targeted Blemish-Clearing Solution might be suitable for mild, everyday acne, but it fell short for more stubborn, hormonal breakouts and dark spots in my experience.

I have always avoided Kiehl's because of the negative reviews I saw online. To be fair to them, those reviews were not based on the line's effectiveness but rather on its price. Kiehl's is one of those products that, given our economic condition, is priced a little too steeply; like why would I buy a Kiehl's when, for its price, I can already buy Estee Lauder, Clarins, or Clinique? So, I was extra happy when I was given this product to test it cause if it is going to be effective, there's a likelihood that I will buy it again! Sorry for the very long intro, but yes, this product works, and it works fast! I have constantly battled with pimples since I was very young, and now that I am in my 30s, I still, every now and then, get occasional breakouts. When I got this, I was going through a massive breakout because it was finals season at school. I immediately tried it, and just a day later, the pimples dried out! IT WAS THAT GOOD! MY GOSH!!!!! Now, let's address the main issue with this product: the price. I have tried so many overnight pimple-drying solutions, which are priced far cheaper, and while they were effective, nothing worked as fast as this! Another thing that I wish could have been executed better is the applicator; I wish the nozzle was smaller so I could immediately apply it to the pimple without putting too much. This is me, nitpicking. haha Overall, this is an amazing product!
