It'S SKIN Power 10 Formula WH Effector

I am fairly new to Arbutin but I must say that I'm quite impressed. Arbutin is a widely used skin lightening agent derived from hydroquinone. It is all-natural and can be extracted from bearberry, cranberry, blueberry, and pears. Aside from skin lightening, arbutin also has antioxidant properties that improve skin texture. It’s also used in anti-aging products because of this characteristic. This serum has thin and watery consistency, which made me wonder if this is indeed a serum or a toner. Given that, this spreads and absorbs easily onto skin. This doesn't leave any tacky nor sticky feeling after application. This has a light floral scent which I fancy as it is refreshing. However, this is not really moisturizing so I suggest to layer this with a reliable mosturizer. After using this for more than two weeks, I did notice some improvements. This indeed lightened and even out my skin. There is also some progress as to my dark spots and pimple scars. This didn't gave me any sting, breakouts nor irritations. This is a good start for those who are just getting into serums because it is affordable and works pretty well.

It do works for my skin, it essentially whitens it upon several used i love how it leaves my face so smooth upon application.. It easily dries up and really love this.

I got so excited when I finally get my hands on this. Power 10 effectors are so popular, they often soldout. The formula is light and liquidy but absorbed easily. Alone, this feels silky on the face but leaves behind a sticky feel so it is best to top it off with a moisturizer. However, this makes the application and appearance of bb/cc creams and foundation majestic. You'll get the glowy/glass skin under the make up. This is more of a skin brightener than a whitener. You'll get fairer skin in time but it is not too for acne marks and hyperpigmentation
