CETAPHIL Bright Healthy Radiance Brightness Refresh Toner

My sister and I used this toner and it was fine. It was lightweight and was not greasy after application. I would actually purchase this again if the price was below 500. I just don't think that it's worth it to spend that much on this toner.

Pricey, yes. Pero very effective in lightening dark and acne marks, also helps in subsiding active pimples. No fragrance, which I love. Gentle sa skin, no irritation. Makes face glowy and bright. Will recommend to my peeps with acne and sensitive skin

It’s on my 2nd week trying this product and ang masasabi ko lang is this product is worth every peny! Grabe hindi lang siya brightening, it also give me a glass skin effect! Idk why but I’m using this together with facial wash and serum! ☺️
