I started using tampons after my 4th pregnancy. My aunt suggested to use Tampax since this can be easily ordered on online shopping platforms. This greatly helps me especially since I play badminton and can't do without a hike or a jogging activity during the weekends. Unlike a pad which usually moves and goes out of place when doing those activities, a tampon gives you the security and peace of mind not worrying about it. It's stain-free especially if partnered with a reliable pantyliner(I use Carefree). Try using to experience unrestricted movements even if you're on those days. ☺️

This was the first brand I tried when I was still fairly new to using tampons. The applicator is definitely a big help. I also like how I rarely have leakage unlike when I use pads. Tried other brands but I always go back to this one. It's definitely pricey though
