Panadol is highly recommended for fast relief and it comes to different variants for different needs. Whenever people ask me what do I want as a pasalubong I always ask for these meds. Especially the Nighy and Day it is such a life saver! This medications were really effective the only downside is you need to take it after meals. But overall when it comes to efficacy I'll go with this meds.

At first i was hesitant to buy this product but when my friend recommend this ill try & its good that i used this during my head is aching much... Even when i have a tootache it helps me to ease the pain...

I use Panadol Extra with Optizorb whenever I have that extreme migraine and toothache. I take this also for dysmenorrhoea and headache. It has caffeine that is proven to help paracetamol be absorbed by the body faster than those medicine without it. For me, Panadol took about 10-20 mins to take effect.
