Vicks VapoRub is really helpful, especially kapag may sipon. It’s soothing and perfect for daily use when you're feeling congested. Medyo pricey na siya ngayon, but still worth it for how effective it is.
Bonus tip: I also use it as part of my skincare routine! It works wonders as a treatment for acne—super effective! Definitely a multi-use product that's worth keeping around.

This is the product I always use when someone in the family has a cough especially the grown-ups. Base on my experience of using it for years, It really eases the cough when it is applied in the neck and chest but I do not use it to my son who is one year old.

I always carry this, always inside my bag during travel to help me ease my dizziness. It's a good choice and gives comfort for my body's minor aches and pains, usually when I suffer headache. It's effective yet mild. Best for children during rainy season when they catch cold.
