The price is really affordable for a lip kit since you get a lip liner and a tint - already a lot of product for the price of one. The shade range is also a good selection that caters to different skin tones. The lip liner is pigmented and is good enough to be used for the whole lips. Its color is not exactly the same as the liquid lipstick it comes with, but it is still pretty similar. As for liquid lipstick, it is not as long-lasting as other lip products, which is understandable with most velvet formulas, but reapplication is quite easy. I honestly did not like the scent of the liquid lipstick but I cannot pinpoint the exact scent of the product.

Bought this product last 2017 when it first launched because I literally saw this everywhere on social media. However, I did not like the formula. It was too drying and there was actually nothing special about it. For its price, it can be considered alright. But you can find other products with good formulation in the same price range.

At first I had a doubt if this product is really suitable for my skin color. Then I try to checkout it from one of the online shop and try it for myself. Then I just found out that this velvet lip kit adds color to my face. I really love the shade of vulevu and kumelavu since this is suitable for my tan skin color.
