After giving birth, I had many encounters of dry skin in parts of my body - lips, palms and to my surprise, I had eczema on my toes and bottom foot. It mostly happens when I am stressed out and my hubby bought AVEENO skin relief to help me with my dry skin. I'm glad it's not as greasy and no scent. I would put on socks as well to lock in the moisture overnight. It's not as moisturizing as I would want it to be but it helped me ease the flares I get when I don't use any cream.

When my skin needs some TLC, this is my go to lotion. There are ingredients from other products that irritates my skin , my derma advised yo use the relief line of Aveeno and I really love how gentle it is.

I use this at night after using a retinoid and it helps my skin not get irritated and dry from the retinoid. It’s very gentle on my skin and I did not experience any breakout.
