Not too minty and over powering. Ensure fresh breath. Been using this brand since my teeth became sensitive. Works to a certain extent. Now can take some ice cream and cold drinks.

1 year agodefinitely can see a difference in making my teeth whiter than before. definitely would recommend it! however, it may hurt if you have eczema around your lips area.
