Rasa masam sedikit, agak pekat kandungannya, mungkin dari buah-buahan dan tanpa bahan perasa. Tidur anda nyenyak sepanjang malam dan rasa segar apabila bangkit dari tidur. Budak-budak mungkin tidak akan suka rasanya.

Not effective on having a good sleep at night.
Was aiming for 7 hours but only slept for 5 hours the most. After taking this products was hoping it might help.
Didn't like the taste of the fruit shots. Bitter aftertaste need to add water to dilute it
