Giorgio Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Foundation

I had this at the lightest shade number 2 for my fair skin. This is a water based foundation that gives a sheer finish, build able and suitable for everyday wear or simple occasions. Not suitable for heavy make up wear because this is lighter than Power Fabric+ (silicone based). If you like this texture & finish, you will need to make sure your primer or base is water based. If your moisturizer or primer is silicon based, this foundation will crack because silicone and water cannot blend well together. I would suggest the embryolisse lait creme as base. Dry skin will love this foundation because it is hydrating and not matte but make sure your base is hydrating enough. Oily skin may not like this foundation as it is not matte, I would suggest power fabric+ for oily skin. Application wise have to applied with wet sponge/blender for even application. If applied on dry sponge, it'll cake. Because this is hydrating, will suggest all blush, highlighter, concealer on top all to be cream based instead of powder or it will not blend naturally.
