What is the Try and Review Awards and how does it work?
The annual coveted Try and Review Awards is back! Each year, we consider product reviews from our members that have been submitted over the past 12 months to help recognise the top brands and products of the year. We acknowledge both volume of reviews and average rating of each product to determine the standout products of 2023.
This year’s 2024 Try and Review Awards will be held in the following 13 countries - Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, India, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.
We are excited to announce that our Try and Review Awards 2024 will include these 8 categories: Beauty, Skincare, Haircare, Bath and Body, Health, Baby, Food and Home.

Do members get to bag home a prize too?
Yes! 7 members* with at least 5 reviews approved and published between 1 Jan 2023 to 31 Dec 2023 will stand a chance to win the Try & Review Surprise Boxes! The more you review, the higher your chances of winning!
The winners list will officially be announced in February 2024.
*Applicable to all participating countries and no limit on number of winners in any country as long as the total number of member winners is 7.
I want to participate! How do I start?
It is very simple.
1. You have to first be a TryandReview member. Subscribe today!
2. Start reviewing all of your favourite products.
To qualify, you must:
1. Submit at least 5 approved reviews by 31 December, 2023
Follow our Guidelines for Reviews to get your reviews approved (do note that it also takes about 3 to 4 working days for the review approval process).
We only consider approved reviews that are not part of Try and Review’s Product Trials.
For assistance on how to start reviewing, see our tips on how to write a good, honest and descriptive review.
2. Write each review using a minimum of 100 characters.
Don’t be afraid to be specific and objective; explain the details of your first impression, experience, honest opinions or even your reaction to the product. Here are some tips on how you can write a quality review.
If you are already a seasoned reviewer, increase your winning chances by reviewing more products in different categories.

Remember, all reviews published from January 2023 to 31 December 2023 will be considered for the Try and Review Awards 2024.
Next up, January 2024 would be dedicated to a month of online voting* where you can vote for your favourite products that are in our Top 10 Finalists of each category. The Final Brand Winners for each country and category will then be announced in February 2024.
*The voting process would be done via our Try and Review Awards website and we will provide more information on how you can vote in time to come.
