Bought twice before, 1st time pack was able to crisp up nice and taste not bad. Not sure why the nuggets are mushy inside for the 2nd time purchased with same setting and timing

My husband use to buy nuggets from other brand, but when we started ordering baby’s water from Fair Price, I get to know they have this nuggets. I like this specific brand because I can taste and feel the chicken, and I prefer to eat this than of other brands. I highly recommend this!
To add, we use airfryer to cook frozen items. And it is crispy and nice 🙌🙌
