Though frozen but the edamame tastes so good that I finished the whole packet in 1 serving. All I had to do is to put it in the steamer. It tastes surprisingly fresh and the black pepper level was just right for my liking.

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of these Frozen FairPrice Edamame - they're perfectly cooked and retain a delightful crunchiness, with a sweet and nutty flavor that's hard to resist. The best part? They're super convenient to whip up at home, and I love that they're affordable and widely available at most supermarkets! My perfect snacks!

This is an amazing product from fairprice. It is so fragrance. Looking at the packing, the nut is seasoned with obviously black pepper and sesame oil and other flavoring. Usually we had it plain, or salted. By adding sesame oil n black pepper enhance the taste even more. A very delightful snacks.

It came in a little pouch bag that is slightly bigger than the size of my hand. Just nice for 1 serving but I feel it wasn’t enough for me as it is so tasty! The edamame came marinating and I just had to defrost it in room temperature for around 30mins before eating. It is really very good - the seasoning of sesame oil and black pepper is so good. I would repurchase it on my own. Everyone should try it!

Decent Quick Side Veg Dish

First Impression: Had Edamame only once before from a Japanese restaurant. So this would be my 2nd time trying Edamame. The photo of my snacks: I used the edamame as a side dish to my regular meat sandwich snack. I tried stir frying it the 2nd try. Worked fine, but it's best when you steam it. What I liked: I like the simplicity of the product. I like that you can just microwave or steam this for 70 seconds to a few minutes, based on your cooking technique. I really like the black pepper seasoning the most. It makes the edamame quite tasty. What I disliked: If it was your 1st time eating Edamame, you wouldn't know to only eat the soybeans as the pods are not edible. So this is not great for first timers as it doesn't say on the packaging. Overall, it's a decent product if you need a quick and healthy side dish.
