As with all premix sauces and pastes, ease of preparation is always the most important factor for me.
For me, I usually will buy 3 packs and use 1.5 packs to marinate the chicken overnight and the other 1.5 packs to cook the rice.
My children ask for 1-2 more servings whenever I cook this.
