Lately I tried using this brand Beautex multi purpose towels in the kitchen. It is pretty strong and absolvent strength is good enough for absorbing oil from fried food. A few sheets and the kitchen is cleaned. Would recommend to use.

This is a must-have in all kitchens. It is durable and high absorbency. I use this to wipe off the oils and then follow up wash and rinse saves a lot of time and detergent!
