Can’t believe it came with a huggable snuggly bear! What great marketing. Was a little scary in the dark wondering what that was. But it quickly became a cute accessory to the mundane laundry chore. Didn’t expect to receive the full package like that. The smell was fragrant flowery, not overpowering and fake like some common brands I had used.

It’s my first time using this brand and I’m so amazed about it. I love how it really does make your clothes softer plus the scent is really good but at the same time not too strong, just mildly fresh. It’s so gentle so perfect for kids too! One of my colleagues even notice the scent of my clothes and asked what perfume am I using. I told her, it’s just the new fabric conditioner I am using. This will be a new essential to our household.
