Tried the kids version of Breathe Right Nasal Strips and it really helped during blocked nose nights. It gently opens up the nose so breathing feels much easier, especially while sleeping. Love that it’s drug-free and comfortable for kids to wear too. Definitely useful to keep at home during flu or allergy season.

my parents had this stocked up every now and then, especially for days having blocked nose, so hard to sleep. but after wearing breathe right nasal strips, it opens up my nasal and i could breathe! like finally i could sleep in peace because i can breathe properly :)
