I took this for 4 weeks but didn’t feel the improvement of vision, and I get it supplements are not medicine so this effect can be micro

I bought more out of my own pocket after receiving @blackmoressg supplement for the eyes last month.
It contains antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin to reduce free radicals in the body.
After trying it out the past weeks, the main effect is that eyes will feel less tired compared to before.

So I have been trying this Blackmores Lutein defence eye supplement for about 4 weeks now. This supplement helps support eye and retina health and contains antioxidants Lutein and Zeaxanthin which filter high energy blue light from screens and help reduce light-induced damage to the macula, the central part of the retina of the eye. What I really like about it is that the tablets are really small and easy to swallow; I do not feel anything at the back of my throat when I swallow it. As someone who spends a lot of time on the computer, my eyes definitely feel less dry and tired after using it so I really recommend everyone to give this a try!

I’ve tried for a month consuming this product and has found that my eyes less tired. As working adult who need to look at the computer all day long, it’s important to protect the eyes. This product does help to reduced tiredness. Not total heal off but reduce and less tired even after whole day starring at computer. However, must drink a lot of water otherwise, body will feel heaty.

Heard many good things about lutein and after trying this product, my eyes are less dry and a bit less tired after a whole day of looking at the screen. Think need to take for a longer period of time as it’s a supplement.
