Tsubaki Premium EX Dandruff Care & Repair Shampoo

I’ve been using the TSUBAKI Premium EX Dandruff Care & Repair Shampoo together with the treatment for about a week, and I’m honestly impressed with the results. My scalp felt cleaner and fresher after the first few washes, and the visible dandruff was noticeably reduced within several days. I also experienced less scalp itchiness, especially during the afternoon when my scalp usually becomes oily. What I liked most is that the shampoo cleans the scalp thoroughly without making my hair feel dry or rough. My hair still felt soft, smooth, and manageable after washing, especially when paired with the treatment. The fragrance is also very pleasant - fresh, clean, and not overpowering.

I work as an engineer at tuas with irregular hours and really bad sun exposure thay causes me to have really oily scalp and hair, to the point it looks like a whole oil production zone. I used to use PanOxyl to try to reduce the amount of oil but to no avail. I also had multiple dandruff and scalp flaking due to the high stress environment before starting this product. After receiving the sample of the shampoo I was initially skeptical at how beneficial the oil control was, but after the second day of using it twice a day, I noticed a huge difference in the oil produced on my hair after a whole long day's work. The shampoo produces suds when washing, and has a floral minty effect on the scalp. First time using it, the minty smell might be overpowering and give a slightly cool tingling sensation. Gradually, the minty overpowering smell will lessen and the cool tingling sensation will fade off. The shampoo can be used on its own (after testing out for about a week), and in addition to the superb oil control, it also dries your hair faster (airdry) and makes it silkier at the same time. I noticed that it also helps me to reduce the irritation on my scalp, and significantly reduced the flakes and dandruff I have whenever I scratch my head from stress as well. I would recommend to use the treatment together with it as at times my hair felt rough and dry even after washing, and hand-combing sometimes feels too rough on them. The treatment helps to return the shine and silkiness to your hair and helps it to be more manageable as well. After trying out at least 30 different shampoos for different purposes and functions, I would really recommend this shampoo and treatment if you personally have really oily hair and scalp, and the oil makes you look like a oil mine before the day ends. Results are significantly visible from the second day of using them.

This shampoo exceeded my expectations from the first wash. It cleanses the scalp well without stripping away moisture, leaving the hair feeling fresh, soft, and lightweight. My hair looks smoother, feels healthier, and stays less frizzy throughout the day. The fragrance is also refreshing and salon-like. Definitely a great shampoo for maintaining clean, healthy, and shiny hair.

Shampoo had a nice smell. It is easy to lather, washes the hair well and has a cool feeling on the scalp. So far it had not cleared the dandruff but it helps to calm the scalp and keeps it clean. I will continue to use it to monitor the effects.

When you first use it, it has a grape and mint scent that feels super smooth and relaxing on the scalp. But what I love is that the smell fades after a while instead of clinging to you all day. My kid is really sensitive to strong perfumes, so the fact that it doesn't linger makes it perfect for mothers. After just over a week, the itchiness is completely gone, my scalp feels clean, and my hair isn't falling out nearly as much. I feel like this shampoo is totally underrated. It's definitely going on my list of things to stock up on whenever it goes on sale!
