I am very health conscience and this product is gluten free and also vegan. It is 100% pure. I uses this product to elevate my stir fry dishes and noodle dishes. This toasted sesame seed oil prizes for its rich nutty flavor. I lightly drizzle a few drops of sesame oil at the very end of my cooking to preserve the delicate aroma.

It has a naturally pleasing smell and does not give a strong odor associated with artificially enhanced oils. Also, it tastes categorically nice when used raw. I used for making condiments which turned out really well.
