in comparison to president and golden churn, i find this lacking in the "buttery fragrance". the overall smell this butter brings is very subtle. better for cooking/baking recipe that needs a more neutral tasting oil, but still wishes to have that very subtle buttery hint.

The butter coats well on a hot pan and easy to use with any recipe. Great with an omelet, as it helps cooks through evenly and gives more texture.
