This is an absolute time saver. As a working mom with a toddler and an infant, I am always looking for ways to cut down cooking time. This already minced garlic helps me out all the time. I will buy this forever.

This garlic not only is minced, but it's already seasoned with oil, salt and sugar to be used directly for cooking. I usually just spread this minced garlic directly in the centre of shrimps and simply just steam the prawns for 20 minutes. There isn't a very spicy and pungent garlic taste that some people might not like of fresh garlic. My children who doesn't eat garlic loves the garlic steamed prawns cooked this way and will even eat the minced garlic, compared to if I were to use fresh garlic and cook the prawns the same way. Compared to the fresh chopped garlic from another brand, the way this product is packaged ensures that the fridge will not be filled with garlic smell when it's stored in after opening. However, in my opinion because it is already seasoned, it is not suitable for the usual frying of garlic prior to ie stir frying of vegetables as it tends to cause a lot of sticking to the base of my Cuckoo multi-cooker (probably due to the sugar, though I'm not sure if it's due to the make of my multi-cooker). The other brand chopped garlic is, however, more suitable for stir frying dishes.

Super convenient as no need to ownself chop garlic & won't have smell on hand

This is super convenient as I really hate chopping garlic before cooking every meal. With this it’s so convenient and doesn’t need to worry about the strong stench that will linger after chopping garlic. Can use it anytime and easy storage.
