Finally get to cook this for the family. I bought an extra packet to cook with a 1.2kg chicken. Been a long while since I last cooked any Thai dishes. Decided to add some carrots and tomatoes to dress the whole dish up. End result, the whole family loved the whole dish and nothing left except some gravy 😂 All agreed, instead of me doing the rempah from scratch, now we can just save the trouble, get this! 😂😂

The green curry tasted authentic, like something you will get from a Thai restaurant. It's slightly too spicy for my 10 year old kid but just nice for adults. It's easy to cook with, paired with the coconut cream from Fair price, dinner is ready under 30 minutes.

Paste was very easy to use, no need to add extra seasoning and meal was ready within 20mins. I forsee it's flexibility to be used as pasta sauce, fried rice or noodle other than the curry it was intended to be. Very happy tummies from my family!
