I have this in my fridge all the time because the kids loves it. It’s like eating frozen strawberry and cheesecake. Not too sweet but just right.

I like the texture of the ice cream especially the cake bits in it. Strawberry ice cream coupled with cheesecake is a match made in heaven!

1 pint is a pretty decent size to enjoy at one sitting. Think like you're devouring cake and ice cream at once. Good things sometimes comes in two. Not overtly sweet nor jelak (sick of eating).
