Such a great addition to my make up routine, particularly when I’m out from day to night. I usually spray it on twice - once after my foundation before setting powder, and once after ALL make up is on for a more glowy finish. Really helps extend the longevity of my make up. My biggest gripe is that it can’t (or at least I haven’t figured out how to) unscrew to transfer it into a small, travel sized bottle.

obviously an OG choice when it comes to a fixing spray. Make no mistake though, its a FIXING spray, not a setting spray which is totally different. Used the original version and later on their limited edition scented versions such as coconut which was divine. the mist is fine and does the job of melting your powder down so it looks more "natural". used to love it, but later on as my skin changed, i needed a spray that helped to set my makeup in place instead of just providing hydration and melting my makeup into my skin. But this all depends on your preference.

Used to be OG of makeup fixers

Mac Prep+Prime Fix+ used to be the OG of makeup fixers back in those days. Previously when it was known just as Fix+, I personally felt the formula was better. With the reformulation and rename to Prep+Prime, it is just not the same anymore. And the price has increased by quite a bit that there are other better makeup fixers in the market for the price.

I can say I can't do my makeup without this. I've been using this for ages! I put this before and after makeup and it helps my make up look not cakey.

I originally bought the mini version of this in Lavender. Personally, don't recommend buying the fragranced ones as the smell is pretty cheap. The Original is best. I absolutely enjoyed using this product so much so that I've repurchased it three times so far! While I don't notice any setting effects, I do notice that it hydrates my skin & definitely improves the quality of the makeup (looks less cakey, skin-like finish). I won't say this makes your makeup 'transfer-proof' but it does stop it from fading fast as the day goes by. I use this in-between & at the end of my routine. Once I have done my foundation & set it with powder, I will go over with a spritz of this product and one more time, once my full makeup is complete. This product is amazing because it really brings the skin-like glow back to your face from the mattifying effect of powder & setting sprays. The glycerin in this product does an amazing job of reducing cakey-ness & I feel that it makes the base a bit tacky/sticky when it dries down which I have found to help with the longevity of my complexion. I have an issue with 2 things though - the packaging (particularly the nozzle) and the price. The packaging with the weird lock mechanism is awful because while it does prevent spills, it causes the product to be super bulky & the nozzle does not produce a consistent, fine mist so some parts of ur face get more of the spray then others. I counteract this by spraying the product at a distance & moving it around. However, I've seen cheaper sprays with a better mist functionality. For the price your paying, the nozzle should be out-doing those cheaper sprays. Secondly, for just 100ml this is a pricey product. Thankfully, you don't need much of this product so that bottle lasts me quite long even with consistent use. They sometimes have promos so it lowers the price so that's kind of good I guess. I've actually received compliments on my makeup whenever I use this spray and have recommended it to quite a few people so I would say if you're considering, the mini is a great way to orientate yourself with this product & try it out.
