After trying the FRESH Rose Hydrating Eye Gel for 1 month, I feel that the eye cream is able to hydrate and refresh the delicate under-eye area. It is lightweight and absorbs quickly without heaviness. However, it is not effective for anti-aging concerns like fine lines or wrinkles
