Desitin Maximum Strength Original Paste

This works like a charm on diaper rash! Rids the rash within hours! But the scent of the cream smells like it has turned rancid. And it is rather thick in consistency so we only reach for it when a rash appears.

Used this on my kid when a rash appeared. It is effective as rash subsided during the next diaper change. Smell can be improved as it can be difficult to wash off.

My daughter used to have frequent diaper rash. No matter the brand of diaper or how frequently her diaper was changed she still had the rash. Desitin worked wonders. It stopped the rash in its tracks and it never came back as long as I applied it for her. It’s hard to wash off but that’s what makes it such a great barrier cream. I switched between Desitin normal strength when there was no rash and Desitin extra strength if she showed any signs of rash appearing. It really saved her a lot of uncomfortable days. I swear by it.

I've never used it on my child as he doesn't have diaper rash (kuddos to great diapers & skin!). But, I swear by this. Been working with infants in a childcare centre & this is the only diaper rash cream that works wonder. Although consistency is very thick but no matter how bad the rash it, just a few application & the rash will be gone! Amazing!!

The smell is awful. I bought after I gave birth, just used it once for my baby. When nappy change, it really smell bad plus the cream is hard to wash off.
