Apple Apple Watch Series 6

WHAT I purchased - The Apple Watch 6 (GPS model), 40mm, in White. WHEN I purchased - In 2021. WHY I purchased it - I was looking for a smartwatch with fitness features ie. on top of tracking my workouts, health stats, it had to be able to receive basic notifications from my iPhone, so that I could keep track of my incoming notifications without having to unlock my phone all the time. MY THOUGHTS 1. Display - I'd give it a 4.5 / 5. - The watch comes in 40mm and 44mm sizes; picked the former as I have a small wrist. The size was just right for me - didn't look too clunky. - The display brightness is definitely more than adequate in bright and dark lighting - I also liked that the watch wasn't laggy, when toggling between applications and notifications. 2. Features - 5/5 - Comes packed with features as you'd expect from an Apple watch - In addition, apps that you download are easily synced to your iPhone. Data is seamlessly synced as well - Watch updates are easily downloadable - I do wish that more watch faces could have been developed and made available though 3. Battery Life - 3.5 / 5 - I'm a regular user who charges my watch to 100% before I sleep. My average day begins at 7am ond ends around 7pm. - In between I squeeze in the occasional 30 min workout. - The battery definitely gets you through the day, although you'd definitely want to charge it overnight so that it doesn't run out of juice the next day. There are fitness and smart watches out there with better battery life 4. Phone Compability - It really only works on an iPhone. Although I've got to say compatibility is top notch with it. - However if you're considering switching to Android then you really ought to look elsewhere as the watch will not work. (This was the reason why I eventually sold my watch - I changed my phone) 5. Price - 4/5 - For the model I purchased, it was retailing at around 600SGD at the time of purchase. - I would say the pricing is average, definitely not 'cheap' but value-for-money if paired with an apple device and if the features are maximised.
