Nutrition-packed, and great tasting. No overwhelming taste or smell, and easy to digest. This helps alot cos I was having very bad nausea during pregnancy and was sensitive to smell and was turned off by overly rich milk.

It is not something I would crave and reach out to, but it is good to have accessible when I feel hungry between meals or feel like having a sweetened beverage. I received the sample as my gynae recommended I increase my protein intake. It’s decent tasting. Though I find it quite difficult to mix with the right water temperature.

Sebelum ni pernah try Anmum, Doct tidak menggalak saya minum Anmum sebab berat saya naik mendadak.. Selepas cuba SIMILAC mum, berat saya kembali normal, Doct sarankan saya kekal minum SIMILAC mum ni..
