When I have my baby years ago, I didn't know what to do when I start on diapers, plus long hours at the childcare centre. I goggled for recommendations and found Desitin. Quickly bought and tried. The rashes clear straight away as observed in the next diaper change. Ever since then, I packed Desitin whenever we went on holidays and trips. It worked extremely well.
p.s. I have to put very unlikely to buy again cos' my kid is v.much older now.

Very effective for my baby's diaper rash. It is very gentle on skin too. I applied it during diaper change and I can see the rash disappear when its time to change again. No mor itch for baby anymore.

Highly recommend by my confinement nanny when she first come to my house. As a first time parents, we though what we bought is good enough for our baby, but we forget, experience is more important, i been recommend by nanny for this brand of nappy cream, and till now my baby boy is turning one year old, red rash never happen to him. Works well and works fast. But it’s like thick toothpaste so cannot use too much at a time. The active ingredient can also help pimples but it will be a white blob on your face.
