Absolutely amazing will be purchasing in the future

As a Brazilian coffee lover, I have high expectations when it comes to a rich, flavorful, and well-balanced cup—especially since I grew up enjoying the perfect coado (filtered coffee), known for its deep aroma and smooth finish. I decided to try Cafe Altura’s Organic Medium Roast to see how it compares. First, I appreciate its organic quality, sun-dried beans, and commitment to sustainability—all great aspects that reflect care in production. The aroma is pleasant, and the coffee has a clean, mellow taste with a balanced acidity. However, compared to the full-bodied Brazilian coffees I’m used to, this one felt a bit lighter and lacked that deep, bold character I love in a classic 'coado'. That said, if you enjoy a mild and smooth coffee with an ethically sourced background, this is a great option. But for those who crave the intense, naturally sweet, and aromatic notes of a Brazilian brew, it might not fully satisfy. Still, it’s a solid choice for an everyday organic coffee experience!

This coffee has a good balanced taste. It's not too strong and is enjoyable to have black with a tiny bit of sugar in it.
